推送接口

1.魔方调IOS 推送系统的接口，post方式

 http://ip:port/push.jsp

参数：push_id 魔方生成的推送id

push_file_url 推送文件的url

action_type 0:常规任务 1:立即推送，试推

2.状态更新接口，由推送系统调用魔方

post方式

 http://wwww.imofan.com/push/update_push.jsp?_method=put

参数：push_id 魔方生成的推送id

success_num 成功推送数量

status 状态 0:新增推送 1：查询列表：2:准备 3:推送中 4:完成 -3: 推送失败 -2:提交失败 -1:查询失败 （推送服务器调用使用到3,4,-3这几种状态)
