Description

其他论坛需做成与电脑论坛一样的先审后出开关切换功能。
需求说明：
1、可在后台插件配置开关；
2、作者可以看到自己帖子的内容；
3、wap版、app端可简单处理，只要没审核通过就提示“该帖子正在审核中，请稍后查看”
