描述：8月27日16点02分-16点10分，用户无法发帖，之后时间发帖正常。

15:54开始DBA把线上数据库dump到测试库，导致数据库cpu负载高了，连接响应时间也慢了，最终影响到应用负载升高，resin重启。已提醒DBA，以后导数据都从从库进行导数据操作，不应操作主库。
