输出某些版块前一天回复增量最高的精华帖，按回复数排序；
输入:
1.版块id（fid）；
2.输出条数（count）；
3.输出格式（display=json,带回调）；

比如：输入了fid为1、2、3，count为10；则在1、2、3版块的精华帖中找到昨天新增回复量最多的10条按昨天回复量降序输出；
