理论上应该和首页那个弹框内容是一样的，今天更新的内容

由于首页的广告弹窗是直接读取cms接口的，可以实时更新；但是版块页与帖子页的广告接口是每天凌晨自动发布的，所以编辑在凌晨过后发布的话，需要到次日才能在版块、帖子页看到。故建议编辑在更新广告时，可顺便手动更新论坛接口
