     1    为了项目开发中的公用代码的积累沉淀同时提高新项目的开发效率，我们结合geli框架的代码整合成一个通用的maven项目骨架模板，新项目开发时可以直接从maven仓库中拿下项目模板后添枝加叶进行快速开发；这个项目模板含geli生成的所有代码（如后台页面、整合spring及spring mvc的配置文件等）、mc配置及mc页面标签、r配置、passport配置、bip配置等，拿下来后不需要用到的配置可以自由裁剪去掉。
