需求描述：能在提成管理选择提成人员的时候，能在下拉框中查看到客服的信息。

具体实现过程：

由于在提出管理选择人员时查看到的是sales_person表中的信息，并且保存的该表的id。而MIS系统其他地方使用都是帐号进行操作的。所以需要把客服人员信息加入该表中。
