1、报价统计（旧版的逻辑搬过来按bbs6架构实现）
2、日志统计（旧版的逻辑搬过来按bbs6架构实现）
3、权限管理（旧版的逻辑搬过来按bbs6架构实现）
4、接口（包括jsp、action两种类型）
  经排查jsp形式的接口都在/template/目录下，为了保险起见，此目录下接口全部重构实现；
