1. 旧接口修改

1.1 推荐车友会列表

    接口：/appapi/1.0/club/getRecommendClubs.do [GET]

    返回结果新增字段：

1.2 申请中车友会列表

    接口：/appapi/1.0/club/getApplyClubs.do [GET]

    返回结果新增字段：
